We ship anywhere in Australia (except PO boxes). Parcels will take 2-3 days to be processed and will be shipped to you via Sendle, Australia Post or Courier. If you require the order urgently, send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you. Delivery is a flat fee rate of $10 per parcel. We take no liability for lost or missing parcels, but will do our best to assist you if this situation occurs.
Delivery or Pick up:
We offer a Canberra drop off service, to your home or workplace Tuesday to Thursday for a flat fee of $5 per order.

Our aim is to deliver beautiful handmade candles and diffusers to customers who love them. If you are unsatisfied with your product please get in touch with Lisa and we will happily exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. The goods MUST be un-used and in a re-saleable condition, with all packaging intact. Shipping costs for return and replacement are at the customers cost.
Sometimes it happens. If you receive a parcel and the product is damaged, please send us an email within 24hours of receiving your parcel. Include details of the damage, photographs and all relevant delivery information. We will then arrange for pick up of the damaged item and you will receive a replacement product or refund as soon as possible.

If your order is a gift, please add a note to your order and we will ensure it is lovingly wrapped and includes a personal message from you and is sent off without an invoice.

All orders are accompanied by candle or diffuser care cards. Please read carefully to ensure you get the best value from your purchase and that the goods are used safely. If you have any further questions don’t hesitate to send an email.

For now, Peli&Co jewellery cannot be purchased in our online store.
